Blair Brown has been working in the construction industry for more than 20 years. His
experience includes both commercial, residential, new construction and remodeling. Blair is responsible for project
estimates and scheduling of projects. He owns C.B.E.Construction, Inc. in partnership with his wife Lorie. They are parents
to five sons and are active in their local church.

Lorie Brown is co-owner of C.B.E. Construction, Inc. Lorie is responsible for managing
the company business office and is also involved in customer relations. Since the beginning of C.B.E. Construction, Inc.,
Lorie has been a vital aspect of the company's success. In addition to her responsibilities with the company, Lorie is busy
as a mom of five boys and is involved in various ministries of her church.

Brian Brown has been a lead carpenter for C.B.E. Construction, Inc. since December of
1999 and is a valuable asset to our company. As a lead carpenter, Brian is responsible for the day to day management of
particular job sites. Brian has been involved in the construction industry for more than 12 years. Brian and his wife Susan
are the parents of six children and are also active in their local church.

Rob Wolshlager is a lead carpenter for C.B.E. Construction, Inc. As a lead carpenter,Rob
is responsible for the day to day management of particular job sites. He joined our team in July of 2006 and he is a
blessing to our company. He has over 16 years experience in the construction industry. He and his wife recently relocated
from Michigan to Illinois with their two sons. Rob and his family are active in their local church. In his free time Rob
enjoys model railroading and photography.
